The Challenge
A brand house has an awkward job on the web. The parent company needs to look credible to retailers, press and potential partners, while each individual brand has its own audience, its own voice and its own market. One site has to carry all of that without the brands blurring into each other or the parent becoming a faceless holding page.
The Solution
Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, using the App Router with server-rendered brand pages so each brand is properly indexable on its own URL.
One company, several brands, several markets
Brand pages are scoped by country in the URL, so a brand can carry different products, retail partners and availability depending on the market. That keeps a single codebase serving several regions without duplicating pages, and it means a brand can launch in one country before another.
Brands that haven't launched yet are marked as upcoming and still get a placeholder in the portfolio, so the site can show momentum without promising something that isn't on shelves.
Credibility as a design problem
For a consumer goods company, trust comes from where the products actually are. The layout gives real estate to press coverage and to the retailers and marketplaces stocking the brands, which does more for a retail buyer reading the page than any amount of copy about quality.
