Gericht Restaurant
A fine-dining restaurant site built as a practice project following a JavaScript Mastery tutorial. An exercise in typography, spacing and luxury visual language, not a client engagement.

The Challenge
Upscale hospitality design is unusually unforgiving. The whole impression rests on restraint, spacing and typographic detail more than on features. This build was about practising that discipline.
The Solution
React with custom CSS, built by following a JavaScript Mastery tutorial, so the visual design isn't original. The value was in implementing a demanding layout precisely, and in learning how much of a premium feel comes from spacing and type scale alone.
The live demo still carries the tutorial's placeholder body copy. It's a layout study, not a finished restaurant site.
